Record

The present record ‘Whisky Tasting’ stands at 1221 participants, tasting five different whisky’s. This took place in 2001 in Stockholm.

We are confident that we can enthuse 2009 people, tasting six different malts and thereby breaking this eight year old record.

On January 31th 2009, 2009 people, or more, will break the ‘Guinness World Record Whisky Tasting’, nosing and tasting six different whisky’s. All this, and more, will take place at the Emile Braunsquare, Ghent Town Center. Pipe Bands and Highland Dancing from the Flemish Caledonian Society the will entertain before and after the never-to-be-seen-again event.

Entrance: € 10 per person.

  • a unique Glencairn tasting glass with engraving
  • six different whisky’s for you to taste
  • an official certificate of attendance

You will receive a 10% discount when registering 10 or more persons.

Go to “Register” to register. Fill in the required details after which you will receive a mail explaining payment details. You will receive your tickets by post after having payed the required amount. Please mail fernand@whiskyunlimited.be if you would like to register 40 or more people.
